The TD Akuna Studios website introduces the studio vision, people and production services. Questions about the site can be sent to info@tdakuna.com. These terms concern website use, not a production contract, booking or investment arrangement.
Any engagement requires separately agreed terms identifying the contracting company, scope, price and responsibilities. Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement, reserve capacity or require either party to proceed.
Development and availability
Campus renderings and stage interiors are conceptual illustrations of proposed facilities. They are not evidence of completed facilities, approved technical specifications, operational capacity or confirmed opening dates. Some illustrative environments were generated to communicate the development vision.
Services, personnel, facilities, suppliers, timing and project suitability require confirmation for each production. International relationships do not imply owned offices or facilities in every market.
Intellectual property and screen credits
Website text, branding, photographs, artwork and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Rights in third-party photographs, film posters, titles, characters and logos remain with their respective owners. Their display does not grant a licence to reuse them.
You may view the site and share links for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Reproduction, commercial exploitation or alteration of protected material requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits otherwise.
Screen credits identify the personal work of the people featured. They do not represent a TD Akuna production slate, investment portfolio or an endorsement by a distributor, platform or studio. If you believe material infringes your rights, contact the team with the page address and details of your rights and concern.
Enquiries and submissions
The form prepares an email for you to review and send. A prepared message is not a received enquiry. Please confirm the recipient and content before sending.
Do not send confidential pitches, scripts, personal financial information or other sensitive material without a separately agreed process. An initial enquiry alone does not establish a confidentiality agreement or an obligation to review or develop an idea. These terms do not transfer ownership of your work to TD Akuna.
Only send information you are entitled to share, and keep personal information about others to what is necessary.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, impersonate another person, or use the contact route for unlawful, abusive or deceptive messages. Do not remove notices identifying the rights holder of materials you are lawfully permitted to copy.
Reliance, links and availability
We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but development plans and availability may change. Obtain written confirmation before relying on information for a production, commercial decision or expenditure. The site does not provide legal, tax or investment advice and is not an investment offer.
External sites and your email application operate independently under their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a guarantee of their content or availability. Access to this website may be interrupted for maintenance, security or other reasons.
Responsibility and your legal rights
